You can be skinny, but not toned. Don't skip meals; your body will think you're starving and your metabolism will slow down to actually try to store more fat. The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and don't snack unless it's a healthy snack like grapes or an apple and get a good amount of exercise daily. Try to go to sleep earlier and have a regular sleep pattern, this will help get your body into a routine and also... Walk more cx Walking is also good because it produces endorphins that will help put you in a better mood. Cutting back on sugar will give you major benefits as well.
